If you received a product and it was damaged on arrival we will return or exchange that item as long as it has not been worn, or damaged by the customer, and all tags and labels are still attached. If you return items that Chantilly Bird determines are dirty or damaged because of a fault on the customer’s part, an exchange or refund may be denied.
We ship using USPS. Shipping is free for orders within the US.
We ship to all of North America (US, Canada & Mexico) as well as Europe. All shipping costs and import taxes will be paid by the customer. Please check if there are additional VAT taxes on imported goods from the US before you purchase. Chantilly Bird will not be responsible for any of these cost.
